Summer is on the way and the temperature is about to start climbing.  Most breakfast favorites run on the hot side, so we found a recipe to help cool things off for breakfast.  These fruit, honey, and yogurt popcicles are healthy and fun for kids and grown-ups alike.

 You will need:

Popsicle molds

Popsicle sticks

2 cups 0% Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup raw honey

1 cup mixed berries, washed (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)

*fruit can be substituted with whatever fruit you’d like as long as they’re washed and dried so the juices don’t make the yogurt runny

Instructions:

Blend yogurt and honey together in a large bowl

Fold in berries

Put mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least three hours (overnight is ideal)

*Another variation of this recipe would be to add granola to the mixture
