Once upon a time, we showed you a recipe for a fun breakfast popsicle made with Greek yogurt. That seemed simple enough, didn’t it? Well Adrianna, LivingFirst contributor, managed to make it even easier. Rather than mix up yogurt, honey, and berries, Adrianna opted for the simplest option available.
What you’ll need:
- Chobani Flip Yogurt in Key Lime
Any brand/flavor combo will do. I chose this one because it comes with a corner filled with yogurt chips and graham cracker crumbles.
- Popsicle molds
I got these JellyBelly brand ones in the Target “seasonal” aisle. They were with snow cone fixings and pool toys.
I took the add-ins, mixed it with the yogurt, then poured it into the molds. One individual package of yogurt was enough to fill two molds.
I froze them overnight and they were perfect. I did find that holding the mold under some warm water helped to ease the popsicle out.
