DIY Decorating Tip

Do you have a room that needs sprucing up?  Do you or any relatives have old records lying around and you’re not sure what to do with them?  Find the ones that you’re sure no one would want to listen to and hang them up!

If you like this idea and  don’t already have records, you can find them fairly cheap and Goodwill or Salvation Army stores.

First figure out where you want to put them, then mark where you want to have the nails.  Allow for the entire diameter of the record when picking out where you’re going to place them.  Once you know where you want them to go, take nails and hammer them into where you marked up.  We used 1 1/2 inch nails for the project.  After the nail is in, simply hang the record on the nail — just like hanging a picture!
